1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines across India are:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 3 to 7 business days.
• Special / Remote Regions (North-East, J&K, Island territories): 5 to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders Above ₹499: FREE Shipping across India.
• Orders Below ₹499: Flat nominal shipping fee of ₹49 per order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat COD fee of ₹40 applicable for cash collection processing.

3. Logistics & Courier Partners

We tie up with premier logistics platforms (Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, India Post) to ensure fast and safe parcel handling.

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking AWB link is automatically sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp/SMS number.

4. Packaging & Damaged Parcels

Every bottle, churna, and oil container is packed with eco-friendly tamper-evident protective cushioning.

Important: If you receive a parcel with broken outer sealing or severe physical damage, please refuse delivery or record a short unboxing video and report it to akbaraliak517@gmail.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
